Meet Gemma
The Gym owner and Trainer. I hold a cert III & IV in fitness. I have also obtained my diploma of nutrition as I believe nutrition is just as important as physical activity if not more. I'm very passionate about helping others to achieve a healthy lifestyle and feel good about themselves. I love my job and what I do and as a mother myself I love to help other mothers feel good about themselves.
